Not Great For Those With Wider Hips And Smaller Waist

Seemed like good quality, but I had to return due to sizing. I purchased a 3x based on the hip measurement on the size chart. The waist looked like there was some elastic and Velcro to tighten based on the photos. However, they ended up huge in the waist for me beyond what the Velcro would help tighten. These would be great for someone whose hip and waist measurements are closer together.
