[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Typically for the past few years, I make it through MN winter when I wear my Powder Lite jacket until the weather gets below 0 degrees and then I switch to an insulated jacket from cheaper brands I’ve gotten over the years. But I’ve wanted a longer jacket for awhile. I’ve always loved Columbia. I like the style of this jacket, so I got one. The description isn’t lying when it says long- it goes to my knees. The dual zipper is great and the snaps are sturdy. The hood wuth the fur covers most of my face, but if I remove the fur, it’s perfect. I tried it on inside my house and didn’t want to take it off, it was so warm. It could definitely fit over a sweatshirt well. The real test will be at work when I have to spend hours counting product in the walk-in freezer for my next inventory day at the end of the month.

Good Jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this jacket two years ago so I thought some would find helpful after wearing for awhile. Love the jacket. My only complaints would be the lower pockets don’t have a side entrance only from top. It is sort of uncomfortable when trying to keep warm to place hands in from top. The threading also has come apart on the pocket so my finger has poked through. Other than that it has kept me warm in cold weather. I bought a small and I am 125 and 5’5” and it’s a bit more form fitting meaning not baggy. Wish I bought a medium to wear thicker sweaters.

Nice And Warm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so please with my new Suttle Mountain insulated jacket. The fit and length is just right. I don't have to wear layers of clothes underneath because with the insulated lining keeps me very warm. The weight isn't to heavy. Having the 2 way zippers is a must cause I always have to zip from the bottom to get in my car. And the hood covers my whole head and doesn't slide off. This coat would make me buy another just to have 2 to choose from.
Do not buy this Jacket.

Horrible Design
I bought this jacket on Black Friday. Arrived yesterday. I wanted to Love this jacket. WAY TOO MANY design flaws. The cuffs- while they say adjustable they are gigantic. I’m a big boned Nortic woman- not fat honest big bones. No inner cuff so wind goes all the way up sleeve. The hood is also gigantic. The toggles on the hood do not hold in the least. The hand pockets are completely unlined, and only entry is from above. It is the most awkward placement with no practical purpose at all. I do NOT recommend this jacket to anyone who lives in the North and actually wants to keep warm.
