Ordered these paid a lot, they arrived in 3 days. They were the wrong waders, wrong size and used in wrong box. Called to obviously complain they said return them and they would refund my money? Nothing about replacement they did say sorry. I have been asking for three days to try and get replacement but no customer service can tell me if they can get them even though they have on website.

Only Shipping Used Boots
First pair of waders my son received were used, covered in dried on mud. Called CS they reordered while on the phone and wanted me to return the original boots to a local Dick’s store. The replacement boots arrive in worse condition, due to the hole. Unbelievable operation!
