Very Strange Fit

I ordered these in a small, I usually order my daughter small or extra small in everything she wears.These leggings were squeezing my daughter's legs so tight she could barely get them on and they were very loose in the waist. Leggings are usually a pretty easy thing to buy online. It's almost as if there was a major mistake while manufacturing these.
