Connelly Supports Their Customers

I wrote the review above about sinking paddles too soon,but Dick's won't let me update it. While it was a frustrating experience, Connelly provided replacement paddles ASAP and we were back on the water the next weekend. The boards are great after a very busy summer season on the water.

Paddle Sink Quickly

The boards themselves are good and seem to be good quality, but the paddles only stay on the surface of the water about 20 seconds. We lost both of them our first time out while trying to learn to balance and get back on the boards, and then we had to swim the boards back to shore. This is really disappointing. :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything works as expected, got a good deal and happy with my new paddle board. Wish it came with a phone case like other boards. Really hard to find reviews on.

Misleading..

I purchased this online thinking it was a “fiberglass” paddle board, not inflatable. I picked it up in a box, and was definitely disappointed. I looked over the information again and at the very bottom, it mentions it comes with a pump. That was the only information it had insinuating it’s a blow up board. This needs to HEADLINE that it is inflatable, or even listed in the description as inflatable in the first sentence. Frustrating for sure.
