Disappointed, an obvious change in fit. I've worn this shoe since the 80's and have replaced them regularly because I love the look and fit of Converse. This new pair I have is just off. The size is fine but the width and over all fit is off! If this is the new Chuck Taylor All Star it just might be my last pair.

Not sure what the deal is since I always have a great experience with the black high tops in a wide width but these are incredibly uncomfortable. I’ll probably give them away. I wish they sold the wide sizes in store so you could at least try them on. Oh well.

Great Converse For Feet Needing Arch Support!

I am very pleased that Dick's had these specific kind of Converse, the Chuck 70. They have a thicker and more supportive sole and some arch support than the traditional Chucks. I have flat feet and wear arch supporting insoles with these, and my feet would usually hurt in any other pair of Converse, even with the insoles. These are great. Shipped to me fast and was cheaper than other places I looked. I reccomend.
