Pretty good belt. Size is way off.Sizes fit very small. I had to return item for a replacement. Go up one size and then it may still be too small. Velcro does not always stick.Probably wouldn’t purchase another.

My husband was having back pain but didn’t want to wear a support brace that would show under his clothes. I found this one at Dick’s Sporting Goods, and he absolutely loves it. He wears it under his work shirt, and it’s completely invisible. He’s 5'9" and around 190 lbs, and the large fits him perfectly. Highly recommend!
