Meh.
I ended up returning it. The fit was poor and not the best quality. I did notice a slight improvement in posture when sitting at my desk but was not comfortable to wear due to Velcro rubbing.

I Have Pain
I had pain in my shoulder and neck I bought the Copper FitPosture Support by Dicks It fits perfect and I think the pain is getting less. I can recommend the stuff a lot Gaby Germany
