Meh.
I ended up returning it. The fit was poor and not the best quality. I did notice a slight improvement in posture when sitting at my desk but was not comfortable to wear due to Velcro rubbing.

I Have Pain

I purchased this copper fit posture support for helping with my shoulder pain. Its fits well however its a little uncomfortable under the arms.
