Wrong Size

Size belt in box was not size ordered, however outside of box was labeled correctly. Dicks sent me another one and same problem, but second one was missing gel pack. Note both boxes had been opened and taped shut, leading me believe they were previous returns, probably for same reason. They are a good product,but gave up on getting correct size from Dicks and went back to Bed Bath and Beyond and purchase correct size, no promblem FIRST time.

Used Item

Bought the brace for my husband. The box came all taped up and the brace was stuffed in it like it was used. It was to be a new item. This was to be a replacement for one my husband lost as he really likes it. Sent it back since it was used and package damaged.

Helped The Back Pain.

It has helped my husband's back and it is good to wear when working on a prject that you need to bend over.

Just Ok

Some relief but I don’t think it does very much for pain. Kind of expensive for a ice pack holder

Versatile Effectiveness

Since using this product my back ashes are few, my workouts are better and more productive.
