This is my 3rd Core tent and it did a great job on this last Deer/Javelina hunt up in N. Arizona. Our party was a little bigger so needed the 12 man. Temps got down to low 20’s and had a little snow, a good deal of rain and a ton of wind and the tent held up great. Back to back hunts the tent was up for 38 days and performed flawlessly. For any weather more harsh, I would switch to my canvas hot tent, but for the conditions we had, this tent worked great and soooo easy to set up and pack down. Core makes some good stuff.

Instant Cabin 12p Survives 2 Lake Effect Storms!!
We purchased this tent in Jan 2024 for a family reunion. We have used it for 2 seasons now in Michigan camping in Harbor Beach on Lake Huron. Both trips we have had massive storms. This tent is amazing. This summers storm destroyed a lot of tents and awnings at our campground. My Core tent was amazing maybe 2 tsp of water where the zipper at the door was open a fraction. We love it and would recommend it.

Great Tent.
This is our second time buying this tent. The first one was eight years old. We keep it up all summer long, and after eight years the fabric started to break down and tear. Not bad for a nylon tent. All of our tents are made by Core and I highly recommend this tent and this company. Just make sure to use seam sealer on the seams around the pockets and your tent will stay dry.

Easy setup, seems like good quality construction. Only reason it's not 5 stars in that one night of camping there was rain which caused some condensation in the tent that flows down to the pockets and drips on the floor below. Not a big issue going forward now that we know. We are sleeping in cots anyway but some gear got wet. On the bright side, no rain entered the tent. It got cold down to 34 F and we ran a mr heater big buddy. It took the chill off for sure.

Huge And Quick To Put Up!
So easy to put up! Literally took a minute. Also, really big, but lots of activity space for our family inside. Poles seem really sturdy. Could totally have a tom Haverford set up, if that was your thing. Honestly could have gotten a smaller tent, but I guess I just got greedy. Our 3 year old and dogs loved hanging out in it. Plan on taking it camping this weekend. It is a little heavy packed up, kinda obvious, but if you’re a smaller person, you may need a buddy to help carry it.

The Pockets Became Mini Waterfalls
Upon first set up we were obsessed with this tent. Super easy set up and wildly spacious. I’m a fire performer so I need a lot of room for my props in my tent at festivals. It doesn’t hold up in rain well at all. Every hanging pocket was basically a water fall so we couldn’t keep anything in them and had to keep towels under them any time it would rain. Even after dealing with that, we still love this tent but for the price I was expecting better. We’re going to get tiny buckets to put under the pockets for now but will be looking for another tent.

Love the rings throughout the tent for hanging lights. It lets in a tremendous amount of airflow, and it feels like I can use the WHOLE tent with the straight sidewalls. It's nice that the guylines can unclip from the rainfly if you're not using it and clip to the tent. And best of all, it's easy to get back into the bag without wrestling it like an alligator.
