Very happy with this purchase. It stores a LOT for a 20L pack and fits perfectly as a personal item, even under budget airline seats. It is definitely a travel pack however, and not the best "day bag" as there aren't too many pouches. But if you are also bringing a sling or a day bag, this works perfectly to store a lot of clothes - toiletry bag - and even a pair of shoes and random accessories.

Beautiful
It’s a beautiful backpack, but I don’t think it’s big enough. I was going to use it as my soul bag for making some short trips via airplane on country and it doesn’t appear as big as I thought it was so I’m hoping to get advice on a different pack that will be allowed on Suncountry
