This product really helped relieve my aches and pains in my shoulder back and knee. The foam product makes it easy to control where the product is going and will rub in easily like a lotion. It has a pleasant smell no one will notice its pain relief medication. It lasted for several hours and is a great alternative to oral pain medication.
