I bought this about a month ago. I usually get it from Megsqats. In a pinch I go to gnc. This time both options were not available. Great price. It is not as thick as my regular product. Nor does it stay on as well. One lift and I usually have to reapply.

Easy to carry and clean up... doesn't leave a lot of residue on bars.

This chalk sucks. It's too soupy and messy. It did allow me to do heavy deadlifts with no grip issues though. I'm going back to my old, much better brand. This stuff is cheap but you get what you pay for.

When on your hands, it dries very quickly and is great; like actual chalk. The issue is that it gets chunky in the bottle and does not keep a good consistency when compared to Liquid Chalk.

My power rack is in my bedroom, so solid gym chalk tends to make a mess while I lift. All of the dust settles on my electronics and my clothing, and it gets transferred onto any surface I touch throughout my room. I happened upon this liquid chalk one day and thought I'd give it a try. So far, it works perfectly! I shake the bottle and apply about a quarter sized amount to the palm of one hand, then I just work the liquid into both hands and across my fingers and let it dry. Occasionally I'll have to add another drop or two during heavy lifts, but I was doing that with the solid chalk 10 times more frequently, sometimes more. It's a little pricey but it's absolutely worth it if you're concern is keeping the dust to a minimum. Not to mention it really does stay on my hands and is very easy to wash off. Just use some warm, soapy water after your workout. Highly recommended!
