Used, Missing Charm On 2 Out Of 3 Pairs Of Crocs I Ordered

Bought 3 pairs of Crocs -1 pair of Frieza and 2 pairs of Cells from Dragon Ball Z collection. The Frieza one and one of the Cell pair, both missing charms. Seems like someone returned and they did not do quality check before reselling it, even though there are some sloppy cut papers came with the Crocs claimed the products are new and authenticated. Tried to contact customer service but they don't even have email to report issues anymore. Frustrating, this is the forst time I order from them, prob last!

Missing Charms

1/5 charms missing. Dicks quality control sucks. 2/3 pair of special crocs had missing charms. Total of 4 missing charms between 2 pairs.
