Did Not Get What's Advertised But Cute Shoe

First off the size 7 mens according to the size chart is supposed to fit a 7 y boys not true I wear a 11 woman's and my foot fit all the way in the shoe comfortably. Its a well made shoe however I called CS because there was no warrior light up Jiblit on the shoe as advertised. Instead of CS trying to satisfy me the rude girl says we will refund your order she refunded everything but shipping. Terrible experience I would have been grateful to exchange for a smaller size with the light up jiblit on the shoe. Won't purchase from here again.
