Pretty Sure They Were Returned Because The Jibbits Were Missing.

The jibbits were missing from the shoes. The customer service rep was not sure if they were supposed to be included or not but spoke to a co-worker who said re-ship the shoes and see if the new pair come with them. In the meantime I called crocs customer service who said they definitely are supposed to be included. The replacement pair had them. I guess I’m happy because I got what I paid for and then didn’t have to return the first pair. Another pair of shoes on the same order were full of grey hairs. So 100% of the first order was not satisfactory. The returned hairy shoes were shipped back but the customer service rep wasn’t clear that the shoes would be refunded instead of replaced. So upon calling to check if the replacements had been shipped they were already out of stock. The rep said she would honor the price paid for a different color that was in stock but then said she could not honor her statement. Overall not a great experience but the replacement crocs turned out right. I just wish everything was right the first time.
