Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Hunting Pellet! I think these are great hunting pellets! The initial shock they have on pests is almost unbeatable. The power and penetration of these pellets are second to none when it comes to hollow points. Although if you are looking for a pellet that stays together when it hits a target these are not it. They will shed their ring around it's head, and continue on as a smaller but still deadly, and much more pointed pellet. Saying that though these are fantastic for pest control and even for targets that may need a little more penetration then what a standard hollow point will give you. While still retaining that devastating hollow point effect!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from They don't call them Destroyers for nothing... I've been shooting these suckers out of a spring-piston, 1000 fps airgun. Holy cannoli, do these bad boys shred targets like no other! I use a stout pellet catch to practice on indoors, and to sight my guns. The catch incorporates heavy duty drop cloth as the catch medium. Around thirty layers of the material will stop just about any small diameter pellet, and even some propellant rifle calibers. At around 15 to 20 yards a Destroyer will penetrate roughly 10 layers of cloth. It doesn't sound two impressive, but after peeling out the pellets I discovered they tore the interior layers to bits. A single Destroyer punches through the first few layers, and then takes everything behind with it. Mushrooming rounds plunge head first, with each rim catching and annihilating all the material through the entry path. The cavitation caused by these rounds is ludicrous! Normally pellets slide between fibers, and stop only when their kinetic energy is totally imparted, but not the Destroyer. It penetrates and then rips sections out; making holes that are roughly three times the diameter of the pellet. Of course, drop cloth isn't what I'm really hunting. I've got a real problem with woodland rodents. After seeing the stunning results with the catch, I was fairly certain what the outcome would be on pests. Awesome... just awesome. I prefer heart/lungs shots on my quarry. The cavitation is extremely effective. With the center point, I feel these pellets have better stability than regular hollow points. I get consistent entry angles and trajectories on pretty much all my shots. It feels great to drop pests right where they stand; with the power of each round clearly visible on the target. Some of the rodents I shoot have grown very large, and not being able to put them down was always a worry, but not anymore. I haven't had a single botched shot. Every pellet was hitting - one and done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crosman Destroyers I have tried a few different pellets the Daisy power pellets and the Crosman pellets. If you want to spend very little money on pellets and get the best quality on the market then Crosmans are the way to go! I use these pellets for hunting rabbits and squirrels from time to time and they work very well! I use these in my Crosman Vantage Air-Rifle and they are devastating! They punch right through boards about a half-inch to an inch thick boards with no problems. I had a Daisy Powerline pellet gun that show about 800 fps and used destroyers in it and dropped a groundhog from 20 yds with no problem. The have great expansion and great penetration! Buy these and you will love them! They are cheaper at other stores like the rhyme for ball-art but you will not enjoy the experience as much as you will when you take your trip to Dicks!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average Pellet If you hit your target, it will knock it down. That is, IF you hit your target. I went through two and a half tins of these. That's 625 pellets. Sighting in with these is impossible. At 30 yds. you have a dispersal pattern of roughly a foot. These things are all over the place. I am using a Gamo rifle and have had far more success with Gama pellets, but I found these to have the same molding and defects as most lead pellets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from accurate Out of my gamo big cat 1200, these shot a little less accurate(1.3 in group) than the gamo hunters did (1in group) both at 32 yards. But the gamo hunters didnt kill a cowbird at 7 yds with a shot through both eyes. though it would have bled out shortly. i hope the destroyers will. these also go faster than the hunters, a good thing compared to the minor accuracy loss.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pellets are not good at all These pellets are not worth buying at all. only accurate 5 out of 10 shots with expensive nice pellet gun. 1/2 of the time the pellets turn sideways. I shoot into wood with platinum gamo pellets and they work all the time, but these destroyer pellets only go in half the time, the rest ricochet back almost every time it seems like.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keep in mind. I use these in my Gamo Bigcat 1250. They are very accurate in my gun, but keep in mind that what is accurate in one gun, may not be in others. I went through 6 different pellets before I found ones that worked. Try the destroyers. They are [$] a can. If they don't work well in your gun, you're not wasting big bucks.
