Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job! I bought this because we are overrun with chipmunks who have decided that the great outdoors alone no longer suits them. We have been invaded twice so far! This means war! They are VERY small targets but this scope and gun do the trick. Considering the low price of this gun, the optics work very well. You will, however, need to sight the gun in; out of the box, it shoots high and wide. Once sighted, the break-in period, amazingly, was 50 shots, and has remained true. Note well, that accuracy is absolutely dependent on using Crosman pellets; this baby does NOT like your competitors' ammo. Powerful, easy to cock, fun to shoot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good first B.B. gun Nothing too special one way or another, a lot of plastic parts and the scope does not secure very sturdily. With all that said, it shoots fairly straight without too many complications. My 9 year old and 4 year old were able to shoot with it, although it is a little big for the 4 year old :)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would not work The BB gun would jam often. I called Crosman and they had me trouble shoot and it would work for a while then jam again. I took it back and got another one. This one did the same thing! I got a daisy with a scope once I returned the 2nd Crosman and the daisy works good.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Total waste of money I bought this gun less than a month ago. My son and I were able to enjoy it for two days. It is almost impossible to chamber a BB. I have pumped it, loaded the BB's, shook it, pointed it downward, unloaded and reloaded the BB's to no avail. The magnet is fine, because I can manually put a BB on it with a set of tweezers but who wants to do that every time they want to shoot? I would be better off with a slingshot. If I hadn't thrown the box away, I would return this gun.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY!!!!!! I bought this gun for Christmas, within 30 shots the bolt broke off! I would not waste your money on this cheap gun.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective and broken within 30 shots. Didn't feed BBs 80% of time, jams 25% of time, will not fire after about 30 BBs being fired altogether. Ironically used Crosman Copperhead BBs. Failure to fire has something to do with the trigger or valve, it is pumped but will not fire. Jammed BBs had to be removed with by sticking something into the magazine/bolt area to unjam the BB, and doing so started to split the plastic. Owned for 4 hours before it became a 3 pound awkward paperweight. The old ones were a great build quality, I don't know what happened to Crosman. This is their flagship classic air rifle, and it doesn't work whatsoever. Warranty may cover a replacement, tentative, but this many problems so quickly makes me wary of even a replacement. Stick to the higher build quality stuff, Crosman still seems to make a decent airgun, but definitely avoid the "classic" 760 Pumpmaster.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap I bought this for my son, and decided it,might be better than the classic red rider BB gun. I was wrong. Made of cheap plastic parts, I would have been better going with the red rider. At least I know that will last
