I've been using these fat max 7" worms for about two yrs now and they produce a bigger fish on average more so than smaller ones but they will bite it just let the fish take it a little longer than you would with a regular worm but not to too long , I like the green pumpkin in any color water and the okeechobee in stained water but black works everywhere and a 4/0 or 5/0 hook I've found that my gamakatsu hooks are bending so i went to 6 sense 4/0 hooks they are a little stronger and thicker diameter than gama but i use straight braid to so that might be why i've been bending the gama's
