Rod Tip Eye Insert Fell Out The First Time Using This Combo

On my second cast the rod tip eye insert came out. The raw guide cut my leader off so the insert went into the ocean. Daiwa wants me to send the rod in for service with me paying for shipping which is essentially as much as the rod is worth, all over a $3 part they will not even sell me. Not happy at all. I own well over $1,000 worth of Daiwa gear and this is the first issue I’ve had.

Hi, Their are 7 different rod and spinning reel combo's. Which one is this? Please remove the add or modify it to say the Diawa Bg 3000,3500, 4000,4500,5000,6500,8000, and M, MH, H and the length of the rod and what action it has.
