Reel Slow On Retrieval
Good reel however, had problems reeling in my catch with slow retrieval of a blackfish. Ended up losing a good one.

Fantastic Upgrade
I recently purchased the combo based on too many reviews online for saltwater equipment. I am a weekend angler off the shoreline. The action in the rod and quality of the reel are outstanding. I lined it with 40lb braid and all aspects are a significant upgrade from my trusted prior saltwater kit.
