Meh

I got this as a gift last Christmas and recently the bail spring broke for no apparent reason.

Terrible

Bought one of these and bail spring broke on second trip. Tried another one and bail spring broke on third trip. Charge 10 cents more and put a bail spring in this reel that is worth a crap. Would not buy this reel again or recommend it to anyone.

Not Great

I bought this reel expecting it to be the same quality as the Shimano Sienna FG 500 reel. It was not even close. The line would get tangled and the reel would make a terrible creaking sound. It seemed as if the smoothness of this reel was subpar. Buy the Shimano Sienna FG 500 over this any day!

Used once so far. Seems well made. Smooth. The bail is smooth as well
