Excellent Rod

Friend of mine obly jigs , he treated himself to a skinner heavy jigging rod. I am new to jigging, went on my friends reccomendatios and got the skinner rod. I matched it with a calcutta conquest 200. Total weight slightly over 1 lb. Lightest oytfit i ever handled. Excellent .

Great Fishing Rod.

I bought this rod a few weeks ago for a black fishing and it has been really good. The action is awesome.

Would Not Have Dicks Ship This Item.

Decent lower priced rod but arrived completely obliterated on my first order. The shipper stuck it in box that was a foot too short, so the tip area of the rod was literally sticking out the box and had plastic shipping bag wrapped around it! The guides we all bent and the rod was useless! I’ve seen similar comments on other rod reviews.

Dark Matter Jig & Bounce Baitcaster.

I have always wanted to a John Skinner Jig & bounce pole. I first noticed how extremely light this pole is. And its totatlly different from other jigging poles I have felt and owned. I am glad I purchased and Dicks shipping is extraordinary!! Blink of an eye its there. Great purchase and very satisfying shipping. Next I would like to see all the possibilities in a baitcaster reel.
