Perfect Swing Training
I bought three pool noodles to use as a golf swing trainer. I initially made a wooden base and inserted a 1/4 inch metal rod at a 45 degree angle and slid the noodle over the rod to protect the club. Worked perfectly and the noodle can sustain a lot of hits.
