The Cover Is Too Big For The Inner Tube. Too Much Drag.
With the tube fully inflated, the cover is still very loose and creates a lot of drag when trying to tow 3 people. It almost seems as if a 2 person inner was used inside a 3 person outer cover. Very disappointed in this product.
