Good Life Vest

Bought this for my granddaughter. It is Coast Guard approved which was a requirement for me to purchase. Only tried it in a swimming pool once (had more than one kid to watch, so they needed to wear a life jacket). Can't give it a higher rating until we use it more and know exactly how it performs.
