Rated 3 out of 5 by from McKenzie ShotBlocker Crossbow Traveler Foam Block Target 5/26/2017 Delta McKenzie ShotBlocker Crossbow Traveler Foam Block Target I purchased the Delta McKenzie ShotBlocker Crossbow Travel Foam Block Target a few days ago. About 260 shots have gone in it between my two kids and myself. I am shooting a 60 lbs Elite Synergy and Eastman White Box arrows with field points. My kids bows are set at 35 lbs and 20 lbs. So far, the target block does not clearly show where the arrows have penetrated. The marks are there, it is just that the marks are light. But, it is early and new and I’m sure that will change soon. At 30 yards my kids arrows do not go in very deep and are not difficult at all to pull out. On the other hand, my arrows do come out the back between one half inch and one inch and one half from 40 yards. Pulling the arrows out is a little hard. The pulling is not crazy difficult, it is just different from my Hurricane H20 bag, which it never wanted to give me my arrows back and the bag didn't even withstood a year of light shooting! The ShotBlocker is light and easy to move around and the kids have no issues getting it in and out of the garage. As a result of its light weight, it tends to rotate about ¼ turn when hitting one of the marks on the edges, even when resting against the legs of one of my 3D targets. So, I had to place a small rock or small piece of wood on top to keep it from moving. Noise wise, the block is a lot quieter that the bag. At 50 yards, I can clearly hear the bag, but not the block. For the kids to shoot, I wish the ShockBlocker block was a little wider, taller and thicker. But it works, and it looks like it is going to be okay. I hope! The pictures that follow show arrow penetration from 40 yards, 60 pounds compound bow and Eastman White Box arrows. I'm not sure I would use this target with a crossbow.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Penetrates Easily Purchased this product about 2 weeks ago and my compound bow and crossbow easily penetrate the target and damage the fletchings. Neither of my bows exceed the 320 fps target rating.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money like I did! Got this target last year and it worked great at first, now at 30 yards, with a 330FPS crossbow, the 20" bolts are going through it... Wish I didn't waste my money on this...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from works great Bought this target anyway after reading some bad reviews, I shoot a xbow that is around 350 fps at 40 yards it stops my carbon express arrows with field points about 2" in front of fletchens and was fairly easy to remove im well pleased with it so far.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from look for something else At twenty yds. , this target didn't stop my crossbow bolts and mine is only rated at 319 fps. I shot it twice and buried two arrows up to the nock. Two ruined arrows. I'm obviously not satisfied.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Satisifed Bought this for practice in my backyard. I shoot roughly between 25 to 30 yards. Easy to see. It is tough to remove remove the bolt, But just lube the bolt or use an arrow puller & you'll be good to go.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Useless Purchased the target on recommendation of Dick's salesman, but after first shots from crossbow, found impossible to remove bolt without ruining shaft. That's a lot of money wasted on target AND broken bolts. SAVE YOUR MONEY, AVOID THIS USELESS TARGET.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great shooting block i have shot more than 200 shots with my ten point cross bow and havnt had one problem. it is true it is a little hard to get out but i would rather have that than to ruin my bolts and fletchins. i would recommend it.
