Extremely weak pop for a brand new bat. Have tried purchasing a new bat each year for our softball season, and this was the worst by a large margin. Sounds terrible and performs just as bad. Would never recommend.

I’ve had two of these bats and the first one I got I had to replace because it collapsed and then I got a replacement and recently that one collapsed so I would not recommend this bat
retractable bat
I needed a heavy batt and I bought this one I used it for 2 Games and it fell apart horrible sounds when you hit it.it looks like a retractable bat. For the ammoint off money that you pay it not worth it. Save your coins.

Purchased 4 of these. Within 50 swings, all 4 telescoped. Demarini replaced all 4 & they all telescoped, as well. They won't send new ones. Total scam. Sold defects & replaced them with defects. So unethical. Customer service was snotty & abrasive

I bought this bat a couple of weeks ago and it is pretty good right out of the wrapper. The more you use it the better it gets.

Purchased in March 2024. Used throughout summer and recently noticed making a hollow sound. After speaking to serval teammates with same bat said were having issues such as cracking, top nob coming off and separation between barrel and handle. Apparently DeMarini is aware of these issues and have been replacing them. However when hitting the ball got excellent results.

Went through 3 of these bats in less than a year. They seem to have an issue with coming apart at the seam. Maybe a design flaw. But i definitely hit bombs with it. Overall I’m happy with the bat.

I bought this bat about a year ago and I have had to replace it twice in that time because the end cap came off. It's a nice bat, but really folks you should be able to glue and end cap on so that it stays in place for years instead of a few months.

On the fourth at bat the connection let go. Returned the bat and since they were out of stock got a credit to use only on the Demarini. Warranty is no longer in effect for replacements so 12 month warranty really was 1 month. Purchased another brand to be able to have it tested and used this year.

My softball team has purchased two of these this month and both have broken after one use. Poor construction and huge bummer because our team loved the way it hit.

I have bought a 26oz and 2 28oz 2022 Steels and all have been terrible bats and break within a month of normal use. All with the same issue, they collapse into themselves. Even the replacement bats you receive from the warranty replacement collapse into themselves. Please avoid.

The cap broke off weeks after I purchased. Dicks gave me a new one - second one the two pieces seperated. Not worth it. Buyer beware!
Telescoped
Bat telescoped within 3 months. 3 other teammates have had the exact same issue, so there is clearly an issue with the manufacturing of this model. Demarini replacement bats have the same issue and they will not replace the bat twice. You have been warned.

The bat looked and felt great while holding it at the store. Once I used it, it sounded like a cheap aluminum bat, my hands would sting from the vibration, and the ball would just die. I figured maybe it's just me, so let's be fair. I asked my team to each take an at bat with it and from our singles to our power hitters the results were all the same. Really bad. I'd return it or exchange it but we already used it. And no, the bat does not show any sings of being broken. It's just a terrible bat. Dick's, can I exchange it or get my money back???
