My son's custom bat has the SAME issue as everyone else. Purchased in 2022 for the start of his high school career. Custom color, custom name on the knob. Had an outstanding JV season and travel ball season with numerous bunts, hits, home runs. Getting ready for his first varsity season and boom the knob breaks without warning. The bat, gloves, helmet, sunglasses are all exceptionally well kept and maintained. He understands the cost and value of good products. No one else uses his bat. So beside batting practice and 30/40 games the bat is ruined and I'm out $400!!!! Warranty is not available because I'm just a few months over the 1 year. What a shame as a product of this value and cost I would expect better service, better quality and better commitment to their customers. This has lowered my trust in future products. I would hope that Wilson would step up and own the issue and make our investment in time and money worth it!

I used the bat for this past high school season only and the knob fall off. Unfortunately, I purchased when the bat was soldout everywhere and found someone who was not an authorize dealer, selling way over the asking price, so it's not covered. The bat is easy to swing and has tons of pop. Too bad Demarini has so many durablity issues.

Knob Issues
Bat purchased 10/10/22 7 weeks and the knob has broken! not even impressive pitches as its a ladies social league. The warranty wont help me either because I'm outside the USA. Hopefully Demarini can help out still. I'd really like to swing the voodoo at my state titles in December.
