Horrible Customer Service And Cleats Leaves Blisters
I bought these cleats on May 18th 2026, and received them on May 24th. I play soccer 2x a week for most part and sicne day one the heal part of cleats started to rub against my heel making blisters. I let it be since cleats need to be broken in but this past week I had to sit out because it made a quarter size blister on my left heel and a dime size blister on right heel.
I called Dicks Customer service and of course there is nothing they can do once cleats are worn. Horrible customer service, and a reminder why I stopped shopping at the store. Now I have to go through Diadora manufacturer and was told to send an email!
Unreal will never ship at Dicks Sporting Goods again. Guess your name shows your customer service level!

Son's Splurge Purchase
My son came across this brand at the Going going gone store, he was very excited and wanted to purchase them because he has heard it's a good brand. He prefers the sock boot so we found these online with dicks and he purchased them as a second pair. He has only worn them for practing. He has ended up with blisters on his heels so he has not worn them in a game. They seem well made, looks like real leather. he is still breaking them in
