I bought a Diadora Nucleo in July based on my curiosity around an uncommon shoe model in the US. I have only worn this shoe in my house, never outdoors. I have only walked in my home and the treads are peeling off. I have called both Diadora and DSG but received the same response, that I need to talk to the other party. Diadora said that they only warranty shoes bought through their online supply and Dicks said for a warranty I would need to talk to the vendor. I'm stuck and very frustrated as I loved the feel of the shoe, but am also realistic that if I were to run in the shoe outside (as I do in several other models of shoes) that the shoe would fall apart. Be cautious about buying Diadora from any source but their website or you will be out of luck.
