Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Bike I bought this bike a month ago and couldn’t be more pleased with it. The service at Dick’s in the bike department was aw some and they even price matched Amazon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What an impressive upgrade from Walmart bikes! I was never a rich kid, with a rich family who could buy me the top of the line bikes, but my parents did spend quite a bit of their money on walmart style bikes when I was a kid and I've always liked them even though they weren't the best. Well, this was a very well needed upgrade, and now that I have a job and can afford to spend hundreds on a bike, I'm glad I purchased this one specifically. I'm 6'2" and 240 pounds, overweight and wanting a comfortable bike to get into biking. Well, this bike has been amazing so far, with only minor qualms. First, off let tell you what I wanted out of this bike and what I dislike about most bikes. I don't like leaning over like a racing position while cycling, it hurts my lower back and kills my neck, so I wanted something with a bit more upright-ness then a typical bike. The first time I tried this bike in-store I knew I wanted to buy it immediately, I sat on an XL and it felt like I was on a horse, sitting high up with a nice posture + BEYOND COMFORTABLE. It was something I never felt on a bike, I was always used to hunching over, and it felt so effortless to pedal in this position. I'm 6'2, and I went with an L, I wish I bought the XL as it would've been more perfect but they only had a L in-stock and the floor sample that was an XL had scratches. Even then, the L fits me well, but if you're over 6 foot, i'd spring for the XL, whereas if you're under 6' go with the L. I like a wider seat so it's more comfortable for my big butt, and this has that perfect seat cushion for me, before on thinner saddles I would have an aching pain on my butt that would make riding the bike pretty painful. With this saddle + shock built into the seatpost, it's perfect! I don't think I can change back anytime soon because of the road quality in my area (not the greatest). So, the bike seat is perfect for me, someone that prefers a lot of comfort, as there is nothing worse then thin bike saddles when you're overweight. Smoothness of brakes and shifting, I've never felt this kind of shifting on a bike in my life, it's super smooth and responsive, same with the braking. The tires on this bike are also nice, not super thin that they'll pop easily and have less grip, and not super thick that it'll create lots of drag. Right in the middle a perfect balance. Have had 0 problems with the bike at all over 6 months of daily use (5-10 miles per day). Only 2 things I wish this bike had, but I might just do it myself. Change the pedals to something a bit more grippier, I find that doing a longer ride 15-20m when you're tired and pushing hard on a hill you tend to slip alot because these pedals aren't meant for anything more then 18mph cruising.. and when you go faster foot slips happen a lot. And disc brakes, the original brakes are starting to run out and started squeaking so I may have to upgrade to disc brakes just to have better braking power but the original stock brakes aren't bad either. Overall, I'm a big fan of this bike, and for the price I paid (189$ shipping thru eBay deal no longer existent sorry) I'm thrilled to own such a comfy everyday bike. 10/10, i would pay the current price in a heartbeat as it's definitely worth it and I'm sure you'll quickly fall in love with it. If you want something meant for a bit more speed and you sacrifice some comfort, buy the Nishiki Asanzi, it's a few $$ more but it's made for someone who wants to go faster.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the bike with a few exceptions This is a great bike for the price. I am not cazy about the saddle and will replace it in the near future. The brakes work well however, every time I ride over some stones I seem to get a small pebble caught in a pad. I am hoping that I have that issue resolved. Aside from the above I really do love this bike!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bike’s ok. Mechanical service questionable I bought a diamondback edgewood hybrid bike at the North Alafaya Trail store. The price was good, but after 3 tries no one has been able to adjust the shifters so I can get in to all 21 gears. I’m very disappointed since the is a brand new $349 bicycle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good bike I got a great price from Dick's, and am happy with it. Shifting is precise, the grips are large and supportive, and the saddle is comfortable. Unfortunately the front tire had a slow leak, so I had to replace the tube.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for being 6'7" Was looking for a bigger frame, bigger tire bike that was not a mountain bike, so I can cruise at a decent speed, this is the bike! Glad I found this. Looking to get a second one
