Received A Broken Product

Description said 2 piece rod. Got a 1 piece rod. The rod tip was broken off, and wasn't in the packaging, which leads me to believe it was broken before it shipped. I will say that the return process was smooth and I recieved my refund promptly. Bass Pro is a better choice for shipping the correct product in good shape.
