All Scratched Up

I got 2 of these. One had a big scratch across it, and the other had much smaller pieces of the painted design missing. It functions as a mini soccer ball, I just don't care to order something new that looks like it's already been used. Also, both soccer balls felt a little tacky, in the way that plastic can feel once it gets a little old. I have no idea how Dick's is storing these in their warehouse, but they just don't look or feel like new items.
