Right out of the store able to use immediately . Comes already with clamp. best value, easy to keep in car and ready for use and easy set up. Use these several times a week. For the price 9.99 there are other models that cost so much more. This works perfectly for my needs. I went back for 2 more. Glad i was ableto get color to match my chairs

Save Your Money

Do not buy this trash! The clip is make out of plastic and it keeps constantly falling down. DSG should have made the clip out of metal with a rubber coating. Lasted about 3 weeks before the plastic broke.
