To Whom It May Concern, Not at all happy finding my account was closed at checkout! I have been a loyal customer since 2021! They signed me up with a totally new account so I was able to proceed with my checkout. Questioned what has happened to my Gold Star points, etc. Unsatisfied senior citizen who shops for birthdays, Christmases, etc. for my kids and grand kids.
