I’ve been using this lacrosse ball for daily foot and shin massage before and after my workouts, and it’s been a game changer. The firmness is exactly what you want—solid enough to dig into tight spots, but smooth and consistent so it never feels sharp or unstable. Rolling my arches before training wakes everything up, and using it afterward helps release tension from jump rope, kettlebell work, and long days on my feet. It also works great along the shins to loosen up tight muscles and improve mobility. For such a simple piece of equipment, the durability and performance are excellent. It hasn’t lost shape, grip, or firmness at all. Highly recommend if you need reliable deep‑tissue pressure without spending a lot.

It’s a lacrosse ball. Nothing too crazy… works GREAT as a massage ball for tight muscles instead of paying 20 plus for a massage ball.

Got great help as I walked into the store from the mall!

Bought a few of these in white. I don't have anything else to compare them to but they have held up and were inexpensive so I'm happy.

Purchased for my son who is learning how to play lacrosse. Seems like a standard ball in a fun color (albeit pricey).

I’ve been using it for my foot per doctors orders.

Needed a ball for therapy and massaging some tight muscles. Good overall, as it works for what I needed it for, and can still use to play with if necessary.

My son uses it for some baseball infield drills instead of playing lacrosse but it works. The balls seem pretty durable.
