I’m not sure what happened to this order, never received it

I received this yesterday at work and when i got to work today i opened up the package to find the box already open. i assume this item was previously returned. no sleeve in the box. tried on the brace and not sure how i feel about it yet but maybe the sleeve makes a difference? Velcro seem really weak. Brace is dirty with dog hairs i think, also wont stay on. maybe i was shipped a defective one?

I bought this because I have to wear a brace from when I get up in the morning till when I go to bed at night. I've tried just about everything type of sleeve/brace/support... This one I definitely noticed a difference.

I have had several surgeries on my knees so I was not sure about making this purchase due to price and the fact that all others were to big or provided very little relief. I took a chance and bought one for each knee. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE. I have logged in over 38 miles this month and feeling great.

Product actually did what it claimed it would do and relieved my knee pain once I started using it. Definitely need to use the sleeve that is provided with it. Little bit of adjustment once it is on but overall very comfortable. I still play competitive tennis 4 days a week and have found that this brace will extend the life of my knees further so no surgery yet!!!

I purchased this to get support for an injury that has kept me from doing exercise without a lot of pain. Has helped and I hope to build strength again.

I originally got this brace for my right knee that currently got swollen from a old meniscus/ACL tear injury that got re-aggravated the other day. So to test how good it would be, I tried it on my left leg that also had a torn meniscus, but has since then fully healed. My test was to do a single leg sitting to standing position with and without the brace. Without the brace, I can do the rep, but its a bit wobbly (need to do stability exercises, I know.). Using the brace made an immediate difference, performing the rep with relative ease and felt stronger. Wont rate it 5 stars because I don't know how it will hold on in the long run, but definitely a good purchase. Even compared it to a Shock Doctor brace with the hinge and it did not provide the same support.

I am very pleased with the feel of the knee brace. It's very comfortable, and very mobile. I do karate 2-3 times a week. It's almost unnoticeable when I'm moving around.

Honestly, they are annoying I own two and I do regret it they do not fit directly to you and the straps tend to come undone when you crouch.

I tried to dislocate my knee during softball on a thursdsy, I bought the brace on friday for a tourney and league ball all weekend. it by far exceeded my exception for full mobility and keeping my knee from getting hurt any more.

Bought 2 of these, $200!!! I thought they're high dollar so they'll be freaking good. However, I put these on for my basketball game, the silicone front just don't fit my knee at all, and it hurts my legs Cuz they're so hard. Just buy a PTEX or shock doctor, they're way cheaper and comfortable.
