Great pants
I bought them online with the matching jacket. Amazing outfit, warm, it rained on my first hunt and I came in dry, I was under a bunch of branches in a large oak but all in all, I’d say they are better than water resistant. I wear a 36/32 pant and XL was extremely big. Had to exchange them for L just a heads up.

Not worth the $
I bought this because it was a huge sale and was retailed at $100 on sale for just under $40. It is light weight and comfortable and quiet so those are the positives. But this is a basic set of warm weather hunting pants nothing great. An old set of Army Camo pants would be almost as good. I’ll keep it for the reduced price but barely worth that. It works in Virginia for part of the season but would not be of any use any further North.

Warm, but not durable
I got these a month ago. I had absolutely terrible service from Dick's. Multiple re orders and refunds, I finally got a pair. The pants are warm, but not very durable. Briars easily penetrate them and poke you. The briars also tear and pull pants even when you are being careful. The pants have even tore on a small broken limb.

Fits great
I haven’t hunted in them yet but i think if you layer up it should be nice and warm. Very comfortable when I tried it on.
