Nice Shoes But…

Shoes were great, style was exactly what my daughter wanted but received item did not look like what was in picture. Picture showed shoes were black and was more matte than the shiny one received. When returned, was asked why by customer service and told him it was way too shiny. He didn’t understand at first until he opened to inspect the return! I even showed him what was on website and return was made with no issue.

Bought these about a month ago and they hurt so bad that I couldn't walk in them. What helps that i place my hair dryer in shoe for 15-20 seconds to expand the pantent. I did it for three times and then stuffed my boots with socks over night a d then i was able to wear them with no problem the next day. You may have to do for a few days in the row but for me i didn't need to.
