Great Canopy

I picked this up for my catering business based on a comment from a friend. I am glad I did. It has worked well up until I bent the leg, being stupid. I called the customer service number to get a replacement leg. Not a problem, they sent me a new leg within a few days, and the canopy is working great. Highly recommend.

Just What I Needed

Picked this up at my local Dick's Sporting Goods for a local Art Fair. Worked perfectly, I used weighted buckets with the guide lines.

Used Once Before Frame Bent

Used once for shade at an event. There was light wind and tent was weighted but frame still bent. Would not recommend spending this much for a one use!

Not Good For Rain And Will Break

Put it outside to protect from rain for cooking on my smoker over night. When I woke in the morning, it had a belly built up of so much water that I could not push it out. I lift weights and I could not press out the trapped water weighing easily above 150lbs (shocked it held it). In trying, it collapsed on me and bent legs and broke the center black plastic holder. Used less than 10 times and cost me over $100 for "commercial" grade.

Don’t Bother If You Want An Entire Package Go Someplace Else

I bought these as a gift to two separate people. Found them dumped on my driveway with the outer canvases torn. Just completely ripped up with the wheels falling off of one of them. Call Dicks to see if I can get a replacement or even just a replacement bag and was met with a firm “not interested“. They wanted me to ship them back!! Then I would’ve had to order more! Dick‘s customer service used to be really good, now it’s just poor. My advice would be to get your canopies someplace else if you want an entire package. Wish I could give less stars. I wish my review would matter, but DICKS is just too big of a chain now

The Canopy Tore Before We Were Able To Put It Up One Time.

We bought this to use at the beach. We were in the process of putting it up for the first time and the Velcro wraps that attach the side of the canopy to the metal frame tore. So, we never actually got to use the canopy.

This canopy works great I use for working on my car for shade on sunny days.

Highly Disappointed

I have owned my fair share of canopies, both of cheaper and more expensive value. We bought this supposed "commercial" grade, to replace our old Walmart 10x10 canopy, after a ton of use. This one that we bought, was used ONE time, for shelter from the sun on a beautiful day. Perfect. This past weekend, we used it for the SECOND time, as we were having a BBQ, with a chance of rain. The rain did nothing but POOL on the canopy top, causing it to get weighted down and completely collapsed, after only a half hour rain storm! I am really disgusted that I spent over $100 on a tent that was completely useless and now am out the $$. I DO NOT recommend.
