Very Disappointed

I am your regular customer who is buying Canopy from your store many times. That time it was very disappointed purchase. I bought 6 of them for group out. Everything was fine except of material of cover. It doesn't hold rain and I bought it specifically for rain situation. I bought in Disk's last year another one and it was fine. But with these 6 canopies we had water coming down thru material and it was very bad . I spent so much money to protect group from rain. I used before other 10 by 10 much cheaper from Disc's and they hold water. They just were too small and we decided to by bigger 12 by 12. But unfortunately they twice more expensive and twice worse. And there is no notification that this canopy is not good for rain . Very disappointed.

Good Coverage

I bought the canopy and it provided great coverage. One of the joints to the frame was broken but I had no problem returning it to exchange for another one. It is best to also purchase the weights to hold it down.

Not Built To Last

I bought this canopy a year ago. It has only been used 3 times and it broke on our camping trip this weekend. Very disappointing. There was only a 10mph wind and the metal accordian frame folded in and collapsed the canopy. Cheap weak components. Would not recommend unless you are just using it in your driveway briefly on a completely calm sunny day. Then it might survive.

Low Quality Materials And Cheap

I literally used this product one time for two hours and it broke within the first use. Granted it was used in windy conditions but on the very first use one of the legs bent near the joint from the force of the wind (the canopy covering was on) where the damage was irreparable as the metal was severely warped. Ultimately the leg ripped easily when I tried to bend back in place to try to contract the frame. Bottom line: The product materials are not built with enough strength to deal with windy conditions so beware. The customer service agent recommend buying protection plan next time but IMO DSG should make quality products instead of trying to sell me a protection plan for sub par products.
