Great Tent

Bought for shade at my kid's games. easy to popup and take down, fits nicely into carry bag

Surprisingly Large And Sturdy

I bought two of these and find them to be large, sturdy and easy to set up and take down

Canopy Ok. Carry Bag Rippedi

Canopy seems ok but carry bag arrived in torn condition. Hard time making a return of online purchase. Danny

Very Weak

It fell apart the day we set it up when you go to latch the final lock in place it snapped the whole bar and half I emailed and called and nobody would help us to waste of money. And this doesn’t let you upload a picture so I can’t verify with you that it was brand new opened on day one and it snapped when you go to latch the safety lock so now it doesn’t stay up on one side if I hadn’t driven to another city to buy it, I would have taken it back to get my $200 but the company wouldn’t even respond. Poor business practice.

Beware Of Rain

I have owned a Quest 12x12 straight leg canopy for 5 years, setting it up in May and taking it down in September with no issues. The top was getting a little worn so I bought a new one at Dicks. I didn't take the product insurance as this held up so well. The new one was labeled DSG, not Quest but I figured it had to be the same just rebranded. I was so wrong. Set the new one up and that night we had steady rain and I awoke to a tangled mess of poles all over the ground while the old Quest one stood as it has for the last 5 summers. The DSG version pools water so while it's great for shade it cannot withstand a steady rain so don't think you can leave this up in the rain, it will not survive.
