Fell Apart

We lost a bolt after a few weeks of use. Called Dicks to inquire about how to replace it and couldn’t get any information. Was told we needed to buy a whole new set. Terrible customer service, will stop buying these types of products at Dicks.

Incorrect Instructions

The instructions are incorrect and have steps that don't make sense. Thank goodness for ChatGPT. Whatever department manages and creates instructions needs to be adjusted

Rebounder Usage For Different Purposes

Buying this has saved me from having to pay for another shattered window. Literally. The rebounder is not just used for Baseball but also soccer. We have 3 kids in different sports and we are also able to use it for volleyball. So far the netting is holding up. Instructions were confusing as far as when to place the hooks. I was able to figure it out afterwards but overall good so far.

About double the money of the first one we had. This one is much sturdier and has much better bounce back. Not as good as our $110 one, but a great compromise for the price

Good Rebounder

My son loves this rebounded, only bad thing about this item is some of the bungie cord hooks have already broken. Going to see is I can get a new set.
