Doesn't Stay Up!

Only 2 size RANGES to choose from: S/M or L/XL. Thus, fit is generalized and mine did not stay up. Also, these are NOT compression sleeves which also explains why they don't stay up. I ended up folding over and sewing to form cuffs at tops and threading 1/2" no-roll elastic to make top part tighter. However, polyester material is so soft and smooth that they still slide down. Will look for compression sleeves instead.
