Waist Strap Too Big Even When Adjusted For Some

I bought this a few days ago and am happy with the size and style of the bag, however, the belt for the bag is too big for my waist and hip size so I had to tie a knot in the belt strap for it to fit when exercising. This should NOT be an issue since I am an average height and healthy weight for a woman.
