Return Policy Not Upholded Accurately

Purchased this ball because i got store credit instead of a full refund on my card. Got told after returning NEW track shoes that were NEVER worn out and you could tell by the spikes and inside of the shoes they were never worn. I live an hour away from the Atlanta Lenox location who was the only store that had the shoes so my son could try them on to figure out size difference from regular shoes. i did return the shoes under the policy amount of days but still the cashier gave me a store credit. Why would i get store credit if the shoes are spotless with everything it originally contained in the box and under the policy amount of days???? And she did it with zero explanation as to why she had to give me store credit. THEN after getting store credit i was NOT informed ahead of time that the card would take upto an hour to activate I had to go to work so i could not even stand there to question her about this ridiculous crap. I will Never shop with this company again this was my 2nd time purchasing at this location for my kids an i keep having a kindof annoyed but now a terrible experience. If need be i will provide my receipt to online customer service/corporate i have zero reason to make this up.
