This is definitely easier to get fly balls to outfield rather than having the dad “me” look like an idiot missing 5 out of 10 balls or getting them wrong with a fungo bat. Fungo bats are good but not if you are trying to train your kids in outfield and don’t know how to accurately get the ball to them. This makes you look like less of an idiot in front of all the parents watching their kids practice. You can easily do the same thing with a tennis racket but this is cheaper than a tennis racket and will last longer. Used it a lot since I bought it and the kids even love it. They love it so much they use it at home and launch balls that land on my truck to add cosmetic appeal with dents.

Great Product - Many Uses

My 12-year old recently bought this as a gift to himself. One of our coaches uses this to hit pop fly’s to the outfield during practice. This is a great item. Not only do we use it for pop fly’s but we use it for ground balls too. My son likes when we hit hard grounders to him and this paddle makes it so much easier. I strongly recommend!

Not Durable Poor Repair Options

Worked well for a year, then the webbing broke. They don't seem to have options to repair yourself. Manufacturer info says to call dicks, they didn't know anything about it. I tried to have them fix it. I was told they don't have time.
