Runs Extremely Large Compared To Size Chart

The sizing is way off. The size 5 is 6" long! The chart shows 4.3"

I bought these as a last resort because the ones I ordered on Amazon got delayed and were not going to arrive in time for our trip. I was pleasantly surprised how much better these were than the ones I initially ordered. These are made very well and were easy for my daughter to run around the water park in! They run true to size in my opinion! I would definitely recommend! They are super adorable too!

My Daughter Loves Them

Got these for water play day at her daycare and she loves them. She wears them on regular days too. Got covered in sand at the beach and threw them in the washer, came out just fine.

Bad Customer Service

This order was set for in store pickup. The item was out of stock. I was called with an offer to replace the item with a different color. I called back to decline and assumed that was the end of it. I realized the charge has never been refunded so I have did a customer service chat and email multiple times and still no resolution. My order shows that someone picked it up, even though I never did. Super disappointing that it seems this company can’t just timestamp and check their cameras to see who really cleared this as picked up.
